Design for the new wing

The new wing will be lower and have a flat roof which will maintain the protagonism of the original garden house. Two of its three walls will be curved. This nice and easy to implement feature of straw bale walls gives extra stability and permits somewhat longer walls. The big window to the south will help to heat the interior.

El ala nueva será mas baja y va a tener un tejado plano que asi mantendrá el protagonismo de la caseta original. Dos de sus tres paredes serán curvadas. Esta característica, bonita y fácil de realizar, de los muros de balas de paja dará mayor estabilidad y permite muros algo mas largos. La ventana grande hacia el sur ayudará a calentar al interior.
